Before your first massage, you will be required to fill out a brief health history & consent form. To save time, you can print & fill out The
Health History & Consent Form and bring it to your first appointment.
If you are unable to print & fill out the health history, please feel free to arrive 5-7 minutes early to your first appointment.
A missed appointment is a missed opportunity; for you, me,
and the person who could have been scheduled.
If you can not keep your appointment, please call/text A.S.A.P. so that someone else can be booked.

I participate in a number of activities throughout
the year, including professional engagements, running events, and as much traveling as I can squeeze in.
Because of these activities, my schedule gets adjusted from time to time. I've posted all my

scheduling convenience. I urge my clients to schedule appointments in advance for the most scheduling options.
I do sometimes have same-day or same-week openings, so it never hurts to ask. Please text me for real-time availability.
The majority of my clients book in advance. I advise everyone to plan their appointment(s) in advance and respectfully ask that you understand if I'm unable to get you in immediately.
